Craig H Stoenner, DVM

Dr. Stoenner grew up in the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Zoology at the University of Montana. He graduated from Colorado State with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1976. Dr. Stoenner first practiced in the Camarillo/Ventura area of Southern California in a small animal clinic and emergency veterinary clinic. Founding All Pet Clinic in 1984, he has been a respected veterinarian and surgeon in the Boise Area for 25 years. It has been his leadership and vision that have lead to the technological innovation and unwavering commitment to quality that is the hallmark of All Pet Complex. Throughout his career, Dr. Stoenner’s interest in progressive medicine and surgery has led to his proficiency in minimally invasive surgeries, performing many different endoscopic procedures including spays, gastropexies, cystotomies, and arthroscopic procedures. His additional surgical specialty interests are orthopedic surgery, including TPLO’s, and advanced dental procedures. When not found at All Pet Complex, Dr. Stoenner will most likely be following his other passion, white water kayaking, on one of our local creeks or rivers.
Tim R. Warner, DVM
Dr. Warner graduated with a BS in Zoology from the University of Idaho in 1994 with a 4.0GPA, and also received a BS in Veterinary Science from Washington State University in the same year. A Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine was conferred on Tim by the Washington State University School Of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. His GPA of 3.77 earned him Cum Laude honors and a class ranking of 4th.
Graduation was followed by experience at a large hospital in Las Vegas, where he worked along with specialists in dermatology, surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine. Emergency shifts were a part of the work too. “I remember the days of working 8 AM – 8 PM and then assisting the orthopedic surgeon at other area hospitals until 1 AM the next day. It was exhausting but great experience!” After growing tired of life in Las Vegas, Dr. Warner found an opportunity to move back home to Boise in 2003 and work with former employer Dr. Craig Stoenner. Here he has been able to further develop his skills in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery (including repairing cranial cruciate injuries with the TPLO technique) and has become proficient in cutting edge minimally invasive laparoscopic and laser surgery. He is also competent in ultrasound imaging and is excited about our digital dental radiography capability. “Our quality of dental work is excellent and is so important to the health of our pets.” He loves to challenge himself and welcomes the difficult cases. “All of the high tech equipment is great but the real joy is in helping return a pet to health and seeing the happiness in the owner’s eyes.” Dr. Warner also writes a monthly article for Pet Friendly magazine. Feel free to email any topic questions you may have for him through our Pet Portal.” Outside of the hospital, Dr. Warner is physically active and enjoys many outdoor activities. Growing up in Idaho, he hunted waterfowl and upland game with the help of his Labrador Retriever and Brittany Spaniel. He currently enjoys his two cats Chester and Buffy, working out (P90X!), shooting pistols, reading, writing, running, playing basketball, biking, hiking, golfing, kayaking, and snowboarding. Dr. Warner is a determined individual who tries to maximize every opportunity life sends his way. “The best way to learn and be successful is to fail and fail often. "Fail forward", as John C. Maxwell says.
Mark A Braunschmidt, DVM
Dr. Mark Braunschmidt made the move from his home in South Dakota to All Pet Complex in June of 2007. Since joining All Pet Complex, Dr. Braunschmidt has worked diligently to advance his surgical skills, becoming proficient in TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) knee surgeries to help correct cruciate injuries in dogs as well as minimally invasive surgeries utilizing laparoscopic technology. This technology can be applied to procedures such as dog spays, cystotomies (urinary bladder surgery), liver biopsies, preventative gastropexies and deep ear lavages. Using the latest technology with smaller incisions allows for a faster recovery, significantly less pain, and decreased time under anesthesia. Although Dr. Braunschmidt has a passion for surgery, his true love is dentistry. From preventative care to advanced periodontal disease, Dr. Mark works in every way to reduce the amount of pain your pet is feeling while striving to maintain the integrity of their mouth. Dr. Mark’s love for the mountains and outdoor life drew him to the area. When not working, you can find Dr. Braunschmidt out enjoying the local bike paths, floating the Boise River, white water rafting, and in the winter months, extreme snowmobiling. Dr. Braunschmidt welcomes new and existing clients with innovative ideas, procedures and a love for conversation as it is his belief that education is the backbone of the veterinary profession. Dr. Mark’s positive attitude and enthusiasm reflect his passion for the profession, and if you listen closely, you may even hear him say, “I’m living the dream”.
