Receptionists

We as receptionists strive to make your visit to the hospital as enjoyable as possible, from the moment you call to schedule the appointment, to checking in and checking out. We are the ones who will greet you with a smile and ensure everything runs smoothly. When you call the hospital we are the friendly voice on the phone scheduling appointments, taking messages, and answering questions. We also perform a variety of different tasks everyday, such as filing, faxing, transferring records, and taking refill requests on medications. Have a special food request, talk to the girls up front about ordering hard to find diets and treats.
