Client Service Specialist

Chandler was born and raised in Southern California on an 8 acre farm. It was during her childhood that she developed a love of animals. Caring for 32 chickens, 4 dwarf goats, and 2 cattle dogs, Chandler learned at an early age the joy of owning pets. As an adult, she started going to school at Moorpark College for forensic science, but quickly discovered that animals were her passion. Chandler recently moved to Idaho from Las Vegas where she worked at an emergency vet hospital. It was there that she found her true calling in caring for pets and their people! Chandler feels that being a Client Service Specialist is the best job in the world! Not only does she get to interact with pets on a daily basis, but she also gets to assist their owners.

Chandler has two dogs of her own, Moose and Phoebe, who are very important parts of her life. Phoebe is her emotional therapy dog who specializes in helping her with PTSD. In her spare time she loves taking her dogs on hikes or simply fun car rides. Chandler has an appetite for adventure and is always looking to enjoy new experiences! She is currently working on becoming a Certified Veterinary Technician.

Jamie was born in northern Minnesota and raised on a farm with cows, chickens, dogs and cats. Her family moved to Montana when she was a teenager and she considers the Big Sky State “home”. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology from North Dakota State University in 1998 and has been enjoying veterinary medicine since.

Her fur kids include an 80# beast of a standard poodle named Bodhi and a handsome tuxedo cat named Fred – aka Sir Fredrick, who indeed rules the house. Some of her favorite things include sunny days, yoga, gardening, camping and outdoor concerts. She is also a seasoned driver and travels to Montana several times a year to visit her family.

Lead CSS

Bethany was born in San Diego, CA and raised in Lake Arrowhead, a small mountain town just north of San Diego. She moved to Boise in 2012 to be with her husband who is in the USAF. They have 3 dogs of their own, and love to take them to the mountains to go hiking, paddle boarding and off-roading.

Bethany attended Brown Mackie College where she earned her Associate Degree in Applied Science of Veterinary Medicine. While in school, Bethany discovered the joy of not only caring for pets, but also the people who love them which made becoming a veterinary technician an ideal choice. While in school Bethany, who had been a client of three years, was quite familiar with our high standards of care and knew this would be an ideal place to complete her externship. Bethany shined during her externship, which she completed in August 2017 and was hired the following month.

Bethany is passionate about her work and is looking forward to a rewarding career helping our clients and their furry family members live long and healthy lives.
