Sheri Rogers, Hospital Manager

When I was seven my Golden Retriever, Ginger decided it was a good idea to bring home a tiny newborn cottontail in her mouth. She dropped it at my feet, wagged her tail and waited to be praised for the gift she had just delivered. Little did I know back then that nurturing that precious baby bunny back to health would set the wheels in motion for what has become a lifetime career in animal health and welfare.

During my career spanning more than 38 years, I have had the opportunity to work in many team support roles. I became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 1990 and spent 6 years working as a critical care nurse at an animal emergency clinic. Additionally, I worked 6 years supervising a municipal animal shelter before joining the All Pet Complex team in 2011.

As the Hospital Manager for All Pet Complex I believe my job is to inspire and motivate my team so that they continually desire service excellence while also remaining collaborative partners of the business we serve. It is my goal to partner with our clients to nurture and preserve the precious human-animal bond while providing excellent veterinary services. As a leader I hope to foster professional growth of all of our team members by being a good role model of honesty, integrity, attitude, and work ethic.

In my spare time I enjoy camping, fishing, gardening, and bullseye and trap shooting. I share my home in Wilder with my boyfriend of sixteen years, and our 7 cats (T-Bone, Juan Julio Scoostein, Mr. And Mrs. Snicklefritz, Gizmo, Hannibal, and Gustavo).
